By creating an account, accessing, or using Alskar ID ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Alskar ID is a digital creator & marketplace platform that enables:

3. Eligibility
To use Alskar ID, you must:
- Be at least 17 years of age (or possess legal capacity under Indonesian law)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using our services under Indonesian law
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
4. Account Registration & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP verification codes. Any activity conducted through your account is your legal responsibility.
You agree to notify Alskar ID immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Alskar ID is not liable for losses arising from compromised user credentials.
5. Seller Terms & Product Integrity Policy
5.1 Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain all intellectual property rights to your digital products. You grant Alskar ID a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, secure, and deliver your files to buyers.
5.2 Strict Anti-Scam & Prohibited Content Policy
Alskar ID enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content. You may NOT sell, upload, or distribute:
- Scam & Fake Information: Selling fake databases, fabricated addresses/contacts, get-rich-quick schemes, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, fake investment tools, or unrealistic financial promises.
- Counterfeit & Stolen Assets: Pirated materials, cracked software, stolen user credentials, leaked personal data (doxxing), or unauthorized third-party copyrighted works.
- Malicious Content: Malware, viruses, spyware, keyloggers, or phishing tools.
- Manipulated Proof: Fabricated earning screenshots, falsified buyer testimonials, or misleading promotional claims.
- Explicit & Illegal Goods: Pornographic content (18+), narcotics, weapons, hate speech, or discriminatory material.
5.3 Product File Accuracy & Delivery Standards
Sellers are legally obligated to deliver authentic digital assets strictly matching their advertised title and description. Prohibited practices include:
- Empty or Dummy Files: Uploading 0-byte files, placeholder text documents, or corrupted ZIP archives.
- Mismatched Content: Advertising a comprehensive guide/template but delivering irrelevant external links, spam, or false data.
- Hidden Paywalls / Password Extortion: Providing locked archives that require additional payments or external surveys to unlock.
5.4 Enforcement, Wallet Balance Freeze & Penalties
If a Seller is found selling scam products, fake data, or inaccurate files:
- Immediate Product Takedown: The listing is instantly removed from public access without prior notice.
- Wallet Balance Freeze: Alskar ID reserves the right to freeze/hold all wallet withdrawals (payouts) for up to 14 to 30 business days for dispute investigation.
- Auto-Refund from Seller Wallet: If the Seller fails to rectify the issue with valid files within 24 to 72 hours, Alskar ID will automatically debit the Seller's wallet balance to issue a 100% full refund to all affected buyers.
- Account Termination & Legal Referral: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities (Siber Polri) under the Indonesian ITE Law (UU ITE).

6. Buyer Terms, Dispute & Refund Protections
6.1 Purchase & Download
- All sales are processed instantly upon verified payment confirmation.
- Download links are valid for 30 days with unlimited downloads. Contact support anytime for link renewal.
6.2 Dispute Resolution & 100% Refund Guarantee
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, Alskar ID provides full buyer protection under our Arbitration Guarantee.
You are entitled to a full 100% refund if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted, empty, or inaccessible, and the Seller fails to fix it within 3x24 hours.
- The product is proven to be a scam, fake data, or fundamentally misrepresented compared to the product description.
- The file contains malicious software or unannounced hidden paywalls.
Report issues within 3x24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your invoice number and evidence.
Subscription fees are non-refundable as they operate on a prepaid active duration model. You may cancel renewal at any time.
7. Fees, Payments & Withdrawals
7.1 Platform Commission
Alskar operates on a tiered fee structure based on your plan:
Subscription Model (Prepaid)
Creator Pro is a Prepaid Service ("Beli Masa Aktif"). We do NOT auto-debit your account. You manually purchase active duration, and if it expires, you strictly revert to the Free plan.
7.2 Payouts (Withdrawals)
General Rules
- Min Payout: Rp 20,000
- Processing Time: Max 2x24 hours on business days
- Method: Bank Transfer / E-Wallet (via Virtual Account)
Withdrawal Fees
- Starter:Rp 3,000 / request
- Creator Pro:FREE (4x/month)
8. Account Deletion & Data Retention
8.1 Personal Data Anonymization
Upon account deletion, your email, name, and profile will be anonymized. Login credentials will be invalidated.
⚠️8.2 File Destruction (CRITICAL)
ALL your uploaded product files will be PERMANENTLY DELETED.
- Your customers will lose download access
- Back up your files before deletion
- This action is IRREVERSIBLE
8.3 Transaction Data Retention
We are legally required to retain financial transaction records (e.g., invoices, payout history) for at least 10 years for tax audits and legal compliance. This data remains strictly confidential and secure.
8.4 Balance Forfeit Policy
Balance ≥ Rp 20,000: You MUST withdraw before deleting account
Balance < Rp 20,000: You may delete, but balance will be forfeited
Why? Rp 20,000 is our minimum payout threshold due to bank transfer fees. Forfeited amounts are recorded in our accounting system.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Platform "As-Is"
Alskar is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
Alskar is NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Between Buyers and Sellers
Contact the seller first. If unresolved, escalate to Alskar support. We will mediate in good faith.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
10.3 Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes proceed to court as stated above.
11. Changes to Terms
Alskar may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after notification for existing users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
