1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Alskar ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Alskar is a digital marketplace platform that enables:
For Sellers (Creators)
- • Create bio-link profile pages
- • Upload and sell digital products
- • Access analytics dashboard
For Buyers (Customers)
- • Discover digital products
- • Secure payment processing
- • Instant file delivery
3. Eligibility
To use Alskar, you must:
- Be at least 17 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using our services under Indonesian law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
5. Seller Terms & Obligations
5.1 Content Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights to your digital products. You grant Alskar a limited, non-exclusive license to host and distribute your content solely for platform operation.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You may NOT sell or upload:
- Pirated, counterfeit, or stolen content
- Malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Pornographic or adult content (18+)
- Content that infringes intellectual property
- Illegal substances, weapons, or services
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
⚠️ Violation = Immediate account termination
5.3 Free Products (Lead Magnets)
6. Buyer Terms & Protections
6.1 Purchase & Download
- All sales are final upon successful payment
- Download links valid for 30 days with unlimited downloads
- After 30 days, contact support for link renewal
6.2 Refund Policy
Since Alskar is a platform connecting Sellers and Buyers, refunds are generally NOT provided for digital products once downloaded.
Exceptions solely at Alskar's discretion (Arbitration) if:
- File is technically corrupted/inaccessible and Seller fails to fix it within 3x24 hours.
- Product is proven to be fraudulent or fake.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless there is a system-wide billing error. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
7. Fees & Payments
7.1 Platform Commission
Alskar operates on a tiered fee structure based on your plan:
Subscription Model (Prepaid)
Creator Pro is a Prepaid Service ("Beli Masa Aktif"). We do NOT auto-debit your account. You manually purchase active duration, and if it expires, you strictly revert to the Free plan.
7.2 Payouts (Withdrawals)
General Rules
- Min Payout: Rp 50,000
- Method: Bank Transfer / E-Wallet (via Virtual Account)
Withdrawal Fees
- Starter:Rp 3,000 / request
- Creator Pro:FREE (4x/month)
8. Account Deletion & Data Retention
8.1 Personal Data Anonymization
Upon account deletion, your email, name, and profile will be anonymized. Login credentials will be invalidated.
⚠️8.2 File Destruction (CRITICAL)
ALL your uploaded product files will be PERMANENTLY DELETED.
- Your customers will lose download access
- Back up your files before deletion
- This action is IRREVERSIBLE
8.3 Transaction Data Retention
We are legally required to retain financial transaction records (e.g., invoices, payout history) for at least 10 years for tax audits and legal compliance. This data remains strictly confidential and secure.
8.4 Balance Forfeit Policy
Balance ≥ Rp 50,000: You MUST withdraw before deleting account
Balance < Rp 50,000: You may delete, but balance will be forfeited
Why? Rp 50,000 is our minimum payout threshold due to bank transfer fees. Forfeited amounts are recorded in our accounting system.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Platform "As-Is"
Alskar is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
Alskar is NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Between Buyers and Sellers
Contact the seller first. If unresolved, escalate to Alskar support. We will mediate in good faith.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
10.3 Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes proceed to court as stated above.
11. Changes to Terms
Alskar may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after notification for existing users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
